The 70-time Italy international has been a pillar of the Juventus defence for the last 6 years as they won 6 Serie A titles on the bounce but he has now joined AC, who look set to be Juve's biggest rivals this season after some significant summer spending.
The fee for the Italian international is believed to be £37m. AC boss Vincenzo Montella could not hide his delight with the signing, saying: "He is a player with international experience. Technically, I think that he and Sergio Ramos are the strongest central defenders in the world. Coaching him is a dream come true".
Bonucci's arrival means that Milan have now recruited a whole new defence this summer, with left-back Ricardo Rodriguez, centre-back Mateo Musacchio and right-back Andrea Conti having already made the move to the Italian capital this summer.
AC are looking to re-establish themselves on a European level after several years in the wilderness.
