Drogba is enjoying a break from duties at his current club Phoenix Rising and so decided to give his former club a visit.
The Ivorian, who won 12 major trophies during his time at Stamford Bridge, greeted the club's current crop of players, including new signings Alvaro Morata and Antonio Rudiger.
Morata uploaded a photo of himself and Drogba on Twitter, alongside a throwback of when they met in 2013 after Real Madrid played Galatasaray.

Fellow new signing Rudiger also posted a photo with the 39-year-old.

Eden Hazard, Cesar Azpilicueta, David Luiz, N'Golo Kante and Charly Musonda were all snapped with the Chelsea legend too.
Chelsea boss Antonio Conte will be hoping that Drogba's visit to the training ground will have inspired his players to push on following their victory against Tottenham.
