Chelsea have made an official approach to Middlesbrough over the possibility of signing Adama Traore.
The winger only joined Middlesbrough in summer, but could already be on his way out of the club, should Boro let the 20-year-old leave.
Traore came through the ranks at Barcelona, before joining Aston Villa in the summer of 2015, then Middlesbrough in the summer of 2016.
The Spaniard is known for his blistering pace, but questions have been raised over his final ball.
It is likely that Traore would play in a wing-back role in Conte's 3-4-3 system.
