The 'Blues' will battle it out with Southampton for a place in the FA Cup final at Wembley on Sunday, where they will face the winner of Manchester United and Tottenham's clash.
It's Chelsea's only hope of silverware and success this season as the club also look unlikely to finish in the Champions League qualification places, trailing fourth-placed Spurs by five points.
Because of this, Conte spent his pre-match press conference trying to galvinise his players ahead of the semi-final.
"We must have great motivation to finish the season as strongly as possible, in every case," the Italian said.
"Now we have the opportunity to play at Wembley for the second year in a row and we have the possibility to beat Southampton and get to an important final. We have to try and finish in the best possible way."
