The young goalkeeper's future has once again shot to the forefront as another European heavyweight becomes linked with the 18-year-old's services.
Juventus have been reportedly sounding out the Italy youth international, whilst Madrid's problems in goal have been a constant highlight amongst discussions.
However, PSG have also allegedly entered the mix now as they look to bring in a 'top' young talent to join their long-term project for continental dominance, believing Donnarumma is the perfect one to do that after receiving a 'no' from Atletico Madrid shotstopper Jan Oblak.
According to 'Quotidiano Sportivo', the Milan keeper does want a change of scenery, despite recently renewing his contract with the 'Rossoneri' until June 30, 2021. Could Ligue 1 be the perfect destination?
Since his debut at a tender 16 years of age, Donnarumma has made 108 appearances for the Serie A outfit, who although have improved under head coach Gennaro Gattuso, are still a way off leaders Napoli and Juventus.
A move would definitely help his development and there would be slightly less pressure on him in France than at Madrid given PSG's dominance of Ligue 1 this season, so this transfer rumour is certainly worth keeping an eye on in the next few months.
